Lieutenant Eugenio Perez worked as a prison guard at the Brooklyn Detention Centre where he was accused of rape by five separate women. In a rather bizarre turn, the case became focused on Lt Perez’s distinct penis after feds were forced to get a court order to force Eugenio to drop his trousers. It all began with the testimony given by the five women who each separately gave almost identical descriptions of Perez’s unusual member.

“It was so big. I wanted to throw up,” said one woman as she described as Eugenio forced her to perform oral sex on him. ““It had a smell like he didn’t wash or take a shower … it was a really strong smell.”
“It’s big. Fat,” added another Jane Doe who also gave testimony. “When it moved forward there was a little piece hanging off.”
Another woman also offered a similar description, saying:
“He wasn’t circumcised. It was big, and it was like a hook… It was humongous, and it curved. If it didn’t stink I would have been all over that sh*t.”
Two other women have given similar descriptions of Perez’s unusual penis, and combined with the court order to drop his pants it means that prosecutors have another piece of evidence to help corroborate the accusation that Perez sexually assaulted multiple women. All five women even gave the same answer when asked about the nickname Perez gave his penis.
However, it seems that many of the jurors are starting to become a little bored of hearing about the shape, size, and smell of Perez’s penis, with one juror visibly putting her head in her hands and sighing as prosecutors grilled all five women on the stand, repeatedly asking the same penis-related questions. Many of the jurors pinched their noses and sighed as the testimony dragged on, and the situation was probably not helped by the nature of the questions.
“Both lieutenants would summon their victims to their office for “cleaning” duty, sexually attack them and then threaten them with extra prison time if they told.” https://t.co/iT7GH2a73D— LEFT⚫️ (@LeftSentThis) February 7, 2018
The case is part of a move by prosecutors to bring three prison guards to justice over their abuse of power. They reportedly turned the detention centre where they worked into their own personal violent sex den. One of the guards involved even joked about the Prison Rape Elimination Act in a Facebook post, writing:
“It’s only PREA when you don’t like it.”
Both Perez and another lieutenant face life in prison, while a third guard faces up to 60 years for having sex in his office with three female inmates.
