Christian Robles, aged 32, has been arrested after five people, three women and two men, came forward and complained that he had sexually assaulted them. The Bronx “spiritualist” has since been arrested and charged with “charged with two counts of criminal sex acts, five counts of sex abuse, criminal possession of a weapon and illegally performing an abortion.”
Robles would present himself to his victims as a sort of spiritualist guru before drugging and assaulting them. Police say that five people entered a precinct over the weekend and each reported that Robles had sexually abused them.
Three men aged 20, 24, and 29, and two women aged 26 and 39, came forward and told police of what had happened. Four of them say that Robles gave them a strange tasting oil that left them shaking, feeling ill, and unable to move.
He would then cut their clothes off and sexually abuse them, but not before telling them that if they ever told another person he would find and kill them, threatening further with knives and weapons.
Robles has also been accused of illegally performing an abortion after one of the women said that he intentionally induced a miscarriage in her but disguised the behaviour as a ritual. Part of the ritual involved asking the woman to lie on her back.
He then began walking over her stomach, repeatedly applying his entire weight to her bump. He then asked her to lie on her front where he repeated the “ritual”. He eventually forced a miscarriage through his actions.
In a related, but equally bizarre case, former Smallville actress Allison Mack was arrested after she was caught running a sex trafficking cult in New York. The cult, called Nxivm, would recruit women and lure them into revealing secrets before blackmailing them into being sex trafficked. The cult would also brand women on the pelvis with its symbol.

It’s alleged that Allison Mack helped recruit women into the cult, where she herself was a slave to the leader Raniere, and would also hold them down while they branded as part of the initiation. It is believed over 50 women were recruited and forced to have sex with Raniere as part of the cult.
It’s beginning to look like New York is *not* the place to go looking for yoga classes!!
