A woman has been arrested after police have accused her of the first-degree murder of a 6-month-old infant boy. The shocking attack occurred at the trailer where Hanah Nicole Barker and her baby son lived.
Two assailants knocked the door and when Hanah answered she was attacked and mace was sprayed directly into her eyes. Desperate, Hanah fled the trailer and circled back shortly afterwards. But when she returned she discovered that her son, Levi, was missing from her home.

Felicia Marie-Nicole Smith was booked on Saturday and charged with first-degree murder in the death of Levi Ellerbe.
That was when she phoned 911 to report his disappearance. She told the police what had happened and this prompted a search of the local area to find the boy. Levi was found not far from the train, near some railway tracks close to the trailer park where the attack happened. Shockingly, Levi was still alive but had suffered horrific third-degree burns all over his body.
He was rushed to Natchitoches Regional Medical Center and was later airlifted to University Medical Center. Unfortunately, Levi passed away from the injuries he had received.
Now police have arrested Felicia Marie Nicole Smith, aged 25, over the crime. There remains no word on who her accomplice was, nor have police elaborated on the motive for the crime.
But so far it looks like a horrific and coordinated attack that saw a 6-month-old boy burned alive for no discernible reason.
Levi was buried last Friday, just days after the attack, with an inscription that spoke of how he was the “happiest baby who always had a big smile.
